I am grateful for. . .

List one thing you are grateful for?


Today, I am grateful for my yoga practice. It isn’t always easy, and there are days when I would rather do anything other than roll out the mat and practice. The simple act of rolling out the mat triggers a response in my brain and body that bridges the gap between resistance and action. Even on days where practice seems last on my ‘to-do’ list, I roll out the mat and take a pose. Sometimes it is only child’s pose, other days it is a few Sun Salutations, and some days it is the full Ashtanga Primary Series.
